WHO CAN I CONTACT FOR GENERAL QUESTIONS?

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

• Please check the SHIPPING page for details on shipping methods, costs and delivery times.
• For all shipments inside the European Union (EU) the Taxes & Duties are included in the product price.
• All shipments outside of the European Union (EU) may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) which are set by the destination country (We dont have an impact on it).
• Taxes, import duties and duties are not taken by BORN ALIVE.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
• PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit paypal.com.
• SOFORT BANKING.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUNDS / EXCHANGES POLICY?

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. We do not accept items that have been worn or washed. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
